FAQ’s

What is Soy Wax

Soy wax is derived from a vegetable – soybeans. Soy is a renewable resource and 100% sustainable. Soy wax is biodegradable and cleans up with soap and water. Soy wax has a lower melting point than other waxes thus lasting longer.  Soy produces a cleaner burn which means no sooty residue around the house, which is always a plus.

Where does your soy wax come from?

The raw material comes from a number of accredited and approved suppliers in USA, Europe and Asia. Soy wax is naturally sourced from soya bean oil and is extremely environmentally friendly and sustainable.

What else is in your wax melts?

We use 4 ingredients – soy wax, biodegradable glitter, ethically sourced mica and premium quality fragrance oil. Nothing Else

Why is there a funny whiteish pattern on my melt?

This is called frosting. It is a natural by-product of natural wax and in no way affects the burn ability or fragrance of a candle. It is caused by tiny crystal growth that forms on the top and sides of the wax.

Are you CLP compliant?
